Exchanges and returns
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase or your order number.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or modified.
To begin the return process, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and provide:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product photos (if applicable)
We will contact you with return instructions.
Important
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will notify you by email if the refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment.
- The crediting time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-refundable products
Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

- Gift cards.
